Aims: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) can promote cell division, proliferation and migration. In this study, we aimed to investigate roles of ultrasound-mediated destruction of VEGF-targeted and paclitaxel (PTX)-loaded lipid microbubbles (VTPLLM + US) in human breast cancer cells.
