Intelligent Energy in MOU with Hynertech, Tri-Ring to collaborate in Chinese auto market

UK-based fuel cell company Intelligent Energy has signed a three-way Memorandum of Understanding with Hynertech Co Ltd and Tri-Ring Group, to collaborate in the Chinese automotive market. The partners will target the full-scale commercial production in China of Tri-Ring road vehicles incorporating Intelligent Energy's high-power PEM fuel cell technology, and hydrogen supply systems provided by Hynertech. They will also enter into a development agreement to build one or more demonstration vehicles using IE's fuel cell system, which will be used by Tri-Ring to conduct trials and provide demonstrations to potential customers.
