The Commission issued a notice September 20, that a request for rehearing of an April 23 Commission order denying attorney’s fees incurred in proceedings before the agency that preceded the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia’s decision in Sierra Club v. FERC, was denied by operation of law.
