To set a rental fee that is high in a user satisfaction in consideration for a reservation cancel history upon putting an electric vehicle to lease.SOLUTION: A management server is configured to implement processing including the steps of: when receiving a request for a reservation cancel (YES in S100), identifying a user, and acquiring reservation information (S102); when a period to a next reservation falls within an A time (YES in S104), adding [1] to a deep impact cancel frequency (S106); when a post-added deep impact cancel frequency is equal to or more than a threshold (YES in S108), calculating an estimation amount of a rental fee after a determination of the reservation cancel (S110); and notifying the estimation amount (S112).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
