To set a rental fee that motivates users to return an electric vehicle in an embodiment enabling an efficient rental of the electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A management server is configured to implement processing including the steps of:, when an electric vehicle is returned (YES in S100), acquiring a return data/time, a return destination and a use history of the vehicle (S102); setting a reduction rate in accordance with an SOC at a time of lending, an SOC at a time of a return, a number of behaviors contributing to deterioration of batteries, a negligent time in a state contributing to the deterioration of the battery (S104 to S110); setting a correction coefficient in accordance with factor of the behavior contributing to the deterioration thereof (S112); setting a reduction rate in accordance with a return site and return time (S114 and S116); determining a reduction rate (S118); and implementing processing giving a point equivalent to a reduction amount (S120).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
