Missouri Public Service Commission Protests Spire’s Amendment to Revise Recourse Rates

The Missouri Public Service Commission (MoPSC) filed a protest May 23, of Spire STL Pipeline LLC’s (CP17-40) application to amend the certificate for its new natural gas pipeline to revise the recourse rates, and said it is “alarmed by the cost increases estimated by Spire and its continued inclusion of a 14% return on equity (ROE) in its cost of service.”
