Spire Refiles Amendment to Certificate to Revise Recourse Rates

Spire STL Pipeline LLC (CP17-40) refiled an abbreviated application August 21, for a limited amendment to its August 2018 certificate for a new natural gas pipeline. Spire explained that, due to the increase in the overall cost of construction of the project, it is seeking to revise the initial cost- based recourse rates for service on the project. Spire asked the Commission to approve the amendment by Sept. 26, 2019, and Spire anticipates placing the project into service by Nov. 1, 2019.
