Minnesota Agency Grants Hearing on Water Quality Certificate for Enbridge’s Line 3 Project

On June 3, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) announced it has granted a contested case hearing on the agency’s draft 401 water quality certification for Enbridge Inc.’s Line 3 replacement project. The agency said the contested case hearing is expected to be scheduled later this summer.
