Sixth Circuit Dismisses Challenge to Air Pollution Permits for NEXUS Compressor Stations

In an unpublished opinion issued February 21, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit dismissed, for lack of jurisdiction, a challenge to the air pollution permits that the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency granted to NEXUS Gas Transmission for two natural gas compressor stations along the NEXUS natural gas pipeline (Protecting Air for Waterville v. Ohio EPA, No. 18-3025).
