FERC Issues Denial of Rehearing by Operation of Law for MVP’s Southgate Project

The Commission issued a notice of denial of requests for rehearing by operation of law on August 20, for Mountain Valley Pipeline’s (MVP) (CP19-14) Southgate Project. In the absence of Commission action on requests for rehearing within 30 days from the date the requests were filed, the requests for rehearing will be deemed to have been denied.
