Insect protein that boosts immune system

VAKSEA has developed an immune boosting protein that can be orally delivered. A disease outbreak in shrimp can cause 90 to 95 per cent mortality in five days, so a farmer could go from having a thriving operation to being bankrupt, said VakSea CEO Mihir Pershad.
