摘要

Considering the conventional silane coupling agents in the surface modification of the application of toxicity, moisture sensitive and other defects. We proposed a new method of preparing an environmentally friendly capillary coating by using a photosensitive diazoresin (DR) and poly(ethylene oxide)(x)-b-polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene oxide)(x) (PEOx-b-PS-b-PEOx, x = 1, 2, 3) was coated on the inner surface of the capillary, and the separation performance of the PEOx-b-PS-b-PEOx capillary coating was investigated thoroughly. The coating shields the adsorption of protein on the inner wall of the capillary and baseline separation of the four proteins of lysozyme (Lys), cytochrome c (Cyt-c), bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ribonuclease A (RNase A) can be realized within 20minutes.
