Qatargas 4 joint venture formed

On July 17 Qatar Petroleum and Royal Dutch Shell plc incorporated the Qatar Liquefied Gas Company Limited (4),a 70:30 joint venture,which will own the Qatargas 4 project's onshore and offshore assets.According to a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) a Shell affiliate is buyer of all the LNG volume produced by this large-scale project.
