Intertek Caleb Brett (a division of Intertek) recently announced the acquisition of PARC Technical Services,Inc.PARC provides automotive and pilot plant testing services to the petroleum,synthetic fuels,chemical,and catalyst industries,as well as an extensive range of refinery process development services.PARC also does testing for the American Petroleum Institute's engine oil licensing program.
