Trade bodies keep up pressure on Government with retentions plan

The ECA and BESA have issued what they are calling a hard-hitting action plan to "finally put the issue of cash retentions in construction to bed". The submission follows the collapse of Carillion last month, which has severely affected many subcontractors.
