Calcification of chronic subdural hema-toma or cephalhematoma has been reported on several occasions in the literature. Nevertheless, ossified chronic subdural hematomas have been reported only rarely [2,6,7,9,15,24]. In this report, we present a case of a 30-year-old woman with chronic subdural hematoma that was seen to be affected by a giant crust-like ossification, which was successfully excised.
