SOME PREDICTIONS FOR 2007

Welcome to the new year, and I hope readers had an enjoyable festive period. In the spirit of new year's resolutions and the like, I thought I might make a few (personal) predictions for the forthcoming year in the energy sector. This is an election year, federally and in NSW. However, where past elections have focussed on the 'three pillars' of health, education and law and order/ security, for this election cycle add the environment. In particular, the various political parties will 'out bid' each other on climate change, energy policy and water policy.
