Weeding Out Resume Fraud

I recently assisted an individual who was being hired as the chief executive officer of a large trade association. 1 had several interesting side conversations with the "headhunter" conducting the job search. One involved the steps she takes to recognize and deal with job candidates who go beyond being creative and make affirmative, false statements on their resumes to increase their attractiveness to would-be employers. Let me share some of our discussion.
