Gray Oak crude pipeline starts full service

Phillips 66 has started full service on its 900,000 b/d Gray Oak pipeline from west Texas to the US Gulf coast, the company said on 1 May. The line moves Permian basin and Eagle Ford crude to Cor- pus Christi and to the Sweeny area south of Houston, including to Phillips 66’s 247,000 b/d Sweeny refnery. The line started full service in April, following an initial start in November, Phillips 66 said in an earnings release.
