Russia’s Antipinsky refnery to restart in June

Russia’s 180,000 b/d Antipinsky refnery in west Siberia will resume operations at the end of June, Sberbank chairman Ger- man Gref said on the sidelines of the St Petersburg Economic Forum on 7 June. Antipinsky stopped processing crude in April after its for- mer owner, independent refner New Stream, ran into fnancial problems that left it struggling to pay for feedstock. It has since been taken over by main creditor Sberbank.
