Oleg Deripaska agrees to reduce En+ stake

Russian aluminium producer Rusal chief executive Oleg Deri- paska has agreed in principle to reduce his shareholding below 50pc in En+ Group, which holds a controlling interest in Rusal. Deripaska has agreed in principle to reduce his share after discussions with EN+ Group’s independent chairman Lord Barker of Battle, the company said in a release on the London Stock Exchange. Deripaska has agreed that he will resign from the company board and consent to the appointment of new directors.
