US Gulf petroleum coke prices continued to advance over the past week, supported by demand from Latin America. One Latin American buyer secured a cargo of high-sulphur coke from the US Gulf coast at $80-81/t fob, while another purchased a similar grade on a cfr basis that netted back to roughly the same price.
