摘要

Here, we report the synthesis of semiconductor ZnSe nanowires by template assisted electrochemical technique from aqueous solution within the cylindrical pores of porous anodic alumina membrane (AAM). The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that high-filling, ordered, and highly uniform nanowire arrays have been obtained. The x-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses show highly preferential orientation growth of as synthesized nanowires. The Uv-visible absorption spectra of the ZnTe nanowires array exhibits a blue shift compared with that of bulk ZnTe due to quantum confinement.
