摘要

This paper proposes a design method to obtain the desired output motion characteristics for flexible linkage mechanisms with a rotational input and a linear input. A disk or wheel input link driven by a servo motor is designed as the rotational input link. A slider link driven by a linear motor, which is fixed on the disk link, is allowed to move along the radial direction from the center to the outer edge of the disk link. By controlling motion trajectories of the two input links, the various design requirements will be met for the proposed flexible linkage mechanisms. A Bezier curve is applied to determine motion trajectories of the rotational input link and the linear input link. An example is given to verify the flexibility, feasibility and effectiveness of this work.
