摘要

Thin-walled integrate parts are widely used in aerospace engineering. For their complicated states under load and the high demands on shape precision, it's difficult for their manufacturing on high speed machine. In order to understand manufacture process, characteristic of aviation part in high speed machining is investigated. Then error sources on parts are classified and the maximum error, dynamic errors are studied on its main influence factors, such as cutting force and vibration. A new method on detecting dynamic accuracy of CNC is proposed by cutting test part. Then the servo model of CNC machine is set up to seek the development of dynamic parameters in "S" part. It has been testified "S" part can used to test dynamic accuracy of CNC machine and ensure its effective manufacture.
