Continual further development in industrial furnace construction

The trend toward automobile lightweight construction is uninterrupted. Whether conventional or powered by an e-motor – aluminium helps to make vehicles lighter and therefore to be more energy-efficient and to produce lower emiBions. It is true that at the IAA 2019 in Frankfurt material considerations and lightweight construction did not play a particularly great part – that was reserved for current discuBions about future-orientated traffic and transport concepts, E-vehicles and new mobility solutions under the heading ‘Driving tomorrow’. But that does nothing to deny the attractiveneB of lightweight construction themes, but rather, shows that these have long become part of the day to day production practice of auto manufacturers.
