Recycling and secondary smelting

With effect from 1 January 2018, BAGR Berliner Aluminiumwerk GmbH has purchased the remaining 50% of the shares of Stockach Aluminium GmbH from private equity fund SSVP III. Both companies produce rolling slabs made from secondary aluminium. They complement each other with regard to their respective product portfolio, and with locations in Berlin and Stockach, also from a geographical point of view.
