Foundry Excellence Workshop

摘要

The third Foundry Excellence Workshop, an IIF Project for 2017-18 launched by Mr Amish Panchal, President, IIF was hosted by NCTS, an IIF centre of excellence in Pune on Feb 10, 2018. Five such workshops are scheduled to be held during the year. The workshops aim to develop next generation leaders in foundry industry and also to groom the present leadership for spearheading growth of their foundries, to embrace the changes and adapt to new situations. Guiding the foundry leadership in a proper way to enable them lead their business sustainably in the highly competitive ever changing market is urgently needed.
