New York-listed shipowner Gaslog is in discussions regarding new multi-year charters for two of its LNG carriers, which have no charter in place from later this year. The 155,000m~3 Gaslog Shanghai will be available to the spot market for a few months from June, while the company seeks a new multi-year charter contract. The vessel is currently under a long-term charter contract with Shell. Gaslog is also seeking a new charter contract for the 155,000m~3 Gaslog Sydney, for which the long-term charter with Shell ends later this year.
