Gasoline exports rise

Rail supplies of Russian gasoline for export rose by almost 38pc on the year to 3.49mn t in January-June, according to rail freight forwarding companies. Most of the increase was for shipments through the Baltic ports of Ust-Luga and Vysotsk. Deliveries to Ust-Luga-Russia's largest outlet for gasoline exports-were more than a ffth higher on the year at 1.36mn t in the frst half of 2020. Surgut-neftegaz's 350,000 b/d Kirishi refnery accounted for 960,870t of rail supply to the port, an increase of around a quarter on the year, because of lower domestic demand caused by Covid-19 lockdown measures.
