US refner Andeavor has won the rights to close to 110,000 bl of storage capacity in Mexico in the latest open season covering fuel infrastructure. The capacity is located at three marine terminals in the states of Baja Cali- fornia Sur and Sinaloa and two terminals in Chihuahua. Andeavor also won 1,500 b/d of capacity on a products pipeline running from El Paso in the US to Ciudad Juarez just across the border in Chihuahua state and another 1,500 b/d on a bidirectional line in the state.
