Saudi Arabia shows no interest in Turkish rebar due to possible import tax increase

Saudi Arabian buyers are not interested in booking rebar from Turkey so far as there is a possibility of import tax increase from the current 5% up to 15-20%. Demand for the material from Turkey has already been pretty low this year due to slowdown of construction projects on financial problems and severe competition with local products.
