State-owned Pemex's asphalt production dipped in October, ofset by increasing sales values year over year. Pemex produced 13,598 b/d of asphalt in October, down by 5.6pc from the 14,247 b/d produced in September and down by 12pc from the 15,474 b/d of asphalt produced in October a year ago, according to the latest data from Pemex.
