Hardide to supply tungsten carbide coatings to General Electric

Hardide Coatings of Bicester, UK, has entered into a strategic supply agreement with General Electric (GE) Co Inc of Fairfield, Connecticut, USA. Hardide will supply coatings for a component currently used by GE in a deal worth US$1.3 million over the next two years (until February 2016). There is potential to extend the agreement to five years.
