The present investigation was carried out to study of NAA, GA3 and boric acid on vegetative growth and yield of strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa Duch) cv. Chandler in 2013-2014 by using randomized block design. It is clearly evident from the data analysis the height of plants were significantly influenced by the use of NAA, GA3 and boric acid at different concentrations. The maximum plant height (21.75cm) was recorded in the plants treated with 100 ppm of GA3. Among the various concentrations of boricacid, 0.4% boric acid treated plants produced significantly more plant height (16.50cm). However, other concentrations of boric acid (0.2 and 0.3%) also produced significantly more height of plants (14.10 and 15.50cm, respectively). Whereas the maximumnumbers of leaves per plant (19.36) were recorded when plants were treated with 100 ppm of GA3 and the maximum numbers of crowns (3.56) perplant were obtained with 100 ppm of GA3 whereas higher numbers of crowns (3.38) per plant were recorded in 0.4% boric acid treated plants. The plant treated with GA3 at lOOppm concentration produced maximum number of runners per plant (3.65) which was significantly higher than all the other treatments under investigation and among the micronutrient used, boric acid at o.4% concentration produced significantly higher number of runners (2.10)per plant. The treatment GA3 at 100 ppm found significantly higher value for the traits of strawberry viz., duration of harvesting (68.66 days), yield per plant(113.54g), Berry length (3.12cm), Berry width (2.01cm), Berry weight (8.12g).
