The winning Saipem/Chiyoda/Daewoo (SCD) consortium has drawn up a giant list of contractors that will be allowed to bid on the separate components for its US $6 Bn Nigerian LNG Train 7 contract (see full story pg 2). With a final investment decision now made the consortium is preparing to sub-contract the work and already has a 46 page list drawn up of possible companies.
