Sterling back to Nigerian drilling

Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Production appears to be returning to drilling in its acreage onshore Nigeria. India's Sterling Global was awarded onshore Blocks OML 143 and 146 in the northern Niger Delta in 2007. The company was producing around 25,000 b/d from two fields Okwuibome (discovered by Shell in 1979) and Anieze, both in OML 143. It has previously drilled using its own British Oil and Gas Exploration Limited Durga rig series.
