Nigerian Noa project partner battle damned as 'opportunistic'

The partner dispute over the Noa project off Nigeria has turned into a full on battle with one side damning the other as "opportunistic at this time of a global health pandemic". The ShoreCan joint venture between Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COP) and Shoreline in 2015 bought out 80% of Essar Nigeria which operates OPL 226. This contains the shallow water Noa discovery where recoverable reserves are currently put at 20m bbl.
