Tullow withdraws from Namibia block as Shell puts drilling on hold

Eco Atlantic is back talking to partners for its planned Osprey well off Namibia after Tullow pulled out with Shell also apparently avoiding drilling. Two separate wells have failed in recent months in the Wal-vis Basin for Chariot Oil and Tullow in PEL 71 and PEL 37 and Tullow appears to have decided to concentrate its resources elsewhere and has pulled out of Eco Atlantic's nearby PEL 30 before drilling.
