The valve has a cartridge (1) enclosing a projection of a housing, in an insertion position of an operating handle. An annular grove provided in a projection of the cartridge, stretches across an outer shell for receiving a snap ring (3). The snap ring holds the cartridge in the insertion position, and the snap ring is blocked in its resting position from an inner surface shell of the handle.
