Tullow's heavy betting on Cote d'Ivoire continues with the company adding another two blocks to the six it has already taken in the last few months. The company has reset its exploration model in recent years in response to the price fall with a move away from deepwater to shallow and onshore and has even let a series of blocks in fashionable Mauritania lapse.
