Victoria sets date for new Cameroon exploration

Victoria Oil & Gas is now targeting late next year for first drilling on a block in Cameroon which it took over from Glencore. The company already produces from its Logbaba onshore acreage where the first of two new wells is expected to come into production next quarter. It is also closing a deal to take over the neighbouring Bomo-no acreage previously held by Bowleven. The deadline to close this deal was recently extended until the end of September.
