Due to migration of public to urban areas and the increase in Industrialization leads to pollution. Contamination has been exasperated with the development of urban areas, expanding movement, quick investment advancement and industrialization, and more elevated amounts of vitality utilization. The high influx of populace to urban territories, expand in utilization designs and unplanned urban and modern advancement has prompted the issues of air, sound, water and robust waste contaminations. Each of these pollution effecting environments causing a great harm to health of humans, animals and it led to disorder of eco-system. To counteract or minimize the harm brought about by Ecological Pollution, a suitable checking frameworks are desperately required that can quickly and dependably distinguish and quantify different dirtying hot-spots for observing by controlling commanding voices to anticipate further decay of the current pollution levels. This proposal proposes a sensor web enabled pollution monitoring service using wireless sensor networks with implementation of (Open Geo-Spatial Consortium) OGC-Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) standards. Remote Sensor Networks are a standout amongst the most paramount components in the Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm. SWE is a gathering of open interoperability interfaces, metadata encodings and administrations for misusing Web-associated sensors and sensor frameworks of different kinds. Developers and framework integrators can utilize these particulars for building applications as Web services to monitor and analyze water, air, and sound pollution. Design of WSN-SWE is a web accessible sensor networks have been developing for heterogeneous sensor observations of a city area, contains a variety of sensor systems, sophisticated computational resources to observe, model, predict, and ultimately help to preserve the health of the natural environment. It provides publicly available sensor web services for sensor data visualization and dissemination. he concept of sensor data will be annotated with semantic metadata to increase interoperability, as well as to provide contextual information essential for situational knowledge to assess damage of environment pollution to help in taking decision to prevent pollution and estimating of diseases spread over in short and long periods of time. The data will be archived to use and find patterns to generate knowledge by data mining techniques.
