摘要

In this work the composite of graphene with MEH:PPV (poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene]) has been formed with the help of magnetic stirrer and their optical and electrical properties were investigated. The more active absorption of the composite has found in thevisible region with band gap of 2.1 eV, obtained with the help of UV/VIS/NIR Spectrophotometer. The I –V characteristic for both the forward and reverse bias regions is found to be similar to the schottky diode behavior. The investigated charge transport mechanism showsthe ohmic behavior at lower voltage values and SCLC behavior with increasing the voltage values.
