摘要

This paper attempts to explore the application of Quadruple Helix (QH) in the organizational performance framework of Malaysian small medium and enterprises (SMEs), specifically to find out whether the Quadruple Helix can have a significant impact on the relationships proposed in theconceptual framework as the collaboration of four (4) important parties is required to ensure the success of its implementation, viz. academia (universities), industry (SMEs), state (government) and citizens (users). Therefore, this paper aims to further look into the organizational performanceof Malaysian SMEs from the perspective of information management (IM) in organizational sustainability in the era of the industrial revolution.
