Evaluation Level of Trust on Implementing Public Key Infrastructure in Procurement System Certificate Authority Which is Held by National Crypto Agency

Procurement System Certificate Authority (OSD PSE) is a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) service that is hosted by National Crypto Agency. Main function in organizing of PKI is a function of trust as trusted third party and control of digital certificate issued. As a service which underminedtrust (as the trustworthy) then the service should be evaluated for level of trust. Evaluation level of trust in this research uses a qualitative research with type of action research using 27 criteria level of trust by Omar and Lindsay. In this thesis, we evaluated using the criteria of Omarand Lindsay against the OSD PSE. The results are National Crypto Agency has met 22 criteria by Omar and Lindsay, it’s just that there are 5 criteria that have not been fully implemented because since 2016, OSD PSE service is still ad-hoc.
