Microsoft selects MachineSense

Microsoft Corporation has announced that it has chosen US-based artificial intelligence (AI)-driven machine sensor and power analyser manufacturer MachineSense LLC to be part of its elite ScaleUp accelerator programme. MachineSense is one of only twelve start-ups picked for this round of the ScaleUp programme, which Microsoft initiated in February. The initiative plans to invest more than US$500 million (approximately ￡370 million) in the next two years to help start-ups with go-to-market strategies, technology and community building.
