With its adaptive low deflection system (ALDS) and CFRP rollers with chromium-plated finish, the Inometa Group presented two outstanding innovations to an expert audience on the R 2010. The new ALDS roller proved to be one of the highlights on the Inometa stand. With its sophisticated control mechanisms, the contact roller can adjust its bending line on-the-fly to adapt to changing operation requirements. In doing so, the roller achieves a repetitive accuracy of 0.2%.
