Vietnam offers second window for inventory nominations

Vietnam has reopened the window to nominate chemicals for inclusion in its draft national inventory until 15 April next year. Le Viet Thang, deputy head of the convention and international cooperation division at Vietnam’s Chemicals Agency, told delegates at the Chemical Watch Key Regulatory Updates conference on 15 October that the agency was waiting for official approval of the announcement before publishing it on the government website, which happened the next day.
