BP Spain to purchase biomethane from Enagas subsidiary

BP will purchase biomethane produced by Enagas'subsidiary,Bioengas,as part of a wider collaboration between the two firms.Enagas and BP signed an agreement to promote emission reduction projects in Spain.The agreement will see the firms promote the development of projects in three key areas:the promotion of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) infrastructures in sustainable transport;the production and incentive of the consumption of renewable gases,and the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation projects.
